Returns & Exchange Policy

Unopened and unused merchandise ordered from auraatelierco.com is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal value, as we are unable to issue refunds for any remaining balance or apply additional charges for higher-priced items. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the guide below to request a prepaid return label and further instructions.

Please note: Items purchased at our pop-up events, retail partner locations, or other in-person features can only be returned or exchanged at the same location of purchase.

Initiating Your Return or Exchange

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. You can email our customer service team directly at contact@auraatelierco.com, or you also have the option to use our Contact form to initiate a return or exchange.

If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue before proceeding with your return.

You’ll be notified once your return or exchange has been approved. The processing time for your refund or exchange is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of initial contact. 

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working on expanding our reach to serve your region soon!

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from the purchase date, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We’re pleased to offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
